Gondwana Gond Mahasabha is a registered society established under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. The society is committed to the holistic development and upliftment of the Gond community throughout India.

OUR MISSION AND OBJECTIVES

  • To promote the overall development of the Gond community, encompassing educational, economic, cultural, commercial, social upliftment, and constitutional rights.
  • To protect, conserve, and preserve historical heritage related to the Gond community.
  • To protect wildlife and forest resources linked to the cultural heritage of the Gond tribes.
  • To provide educational, economic, and intellectual assistance to the weaker and marginalized individuals within the Gond community.
  • To propagate and ensure benefits of government schemes and programs among community members.
  • To encourage the observance and implementation of constitutional provisions and actively engage with governmental bodies.
  • To address and eliminate social evils, malpractices, and promote progressive cultural norms.
  • To organize committees for maintaining Gondwana’s ancient forts, temples, castles, and heritage structures, including facilitating government assistance for their upkeep.
  • To foster unity and compliance with the Mahasabha’s directives among Gond community members residing across various states, districts, and block levels.
  • To actively discourage wasteful expenditures in social practices and advocate against child marriages.
